Role Summary:
We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to help accelerate the growth of Condense, our next-generation data streaming platform.
This is a frontline, high-impact role where you’ll engage with senior decision-makers, shape early conversations, and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. If you enjoy solving business problems, influencing CXOs, and working at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own early-stage pipeline creation through inbound and outbound lead qualification
- Engage with CXOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders to understand their data and business challenges
- Articulate the value of Condense in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner
- Identify high-impact use cases across industries and map them to customer needs
- Build and nurture relationships through structured follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
- Maintain accurate lead insights and qualification status in CRM
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over well-qualified, high-context opportunities.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise lead generation, or inside sales.
- Proven ability to confidently engage with C-level executives.
- Strong communication, discovery, and listening skills.
- A consultative mindset with solid business acumen.
- Experience using qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDICC.
- Highly organized, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel domestically when required.
Good to have skills:
- Exposure to IoT, Mobility, Automotive, or Data platforms.
- Background in SDR / Demand Generation / Inside Sales roles.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Hindi or additional regional languages is a plus for engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
